Materials Distribution
If you have a query about receiving materials to support your programme, please contact the Materials Distribution team. You should expect a response within 48 hours or on Monday if your email is sent on a Friday.
If you are not studying a University postgraduate or undergraduate programme and have a query about receiving materials, please complete this form.

Learning Support
Students with learning difficulties and/or disabilities should contact the Learning Support team in the first instance. With your permission, requests for assistance may then be passed onto the Library and dealt with on an individual basis in consultation with the Learning Support Officer.

Student Query Form
The Student Query Form should be used as the starting point for all other queries. There are many options to choose from – for example, sending general queries to your programme team, contacting the Student Records department (e.g. to update personal details, request council tax and student status letters), asking for assistance with your timetable, and an option for international students who require support.
